Founded in 1997, GTx, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development and
commercialization of therapeutic products related to men's health. The company's drug discovery and development
programs are focused on small molecules that selectively target nuclear hormone receptors for estrogens and androgens.
These nuclear hormone receptors are among the best-understood receptor systems,
and pharmaceuticals have been developed to either stimulate or block these receptors for over 50 years.

Marketing, Sr. Product Manager
Position Summary:
The Sr. Product Manager of Marketing toremifene ADT will be responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for toremifine ADT. The Sr. Product Manager will lead the commercial launch team, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and is expected to deliver the ADT annual sales objective. The Sr. Product Manager is expected to be an expert on the ADT category, customers and competitors, refine the launch strategy; and lead the development of all ADT marketing materials. The Sr. Product Manager will also lead internal cross- functional teams, advertising agencies, and other external vendors to deliver marketing programs and materials including; patient assistance programs, speaker training, promotional programs and ensure sales and managed care have the information and materials needed to ensure deliver launch objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership role in the development of toremifine ADT commercial strategy.
- Deliver toremifine ADT commercial strategy in a manner that is consistent with GTx commercial policies
- Become an expert on the ADT customers, category and competitors
- Leader ship role on the toremifine 80 mg launch team
- Develop and implement all marketing programs for the launch of ADT
- Work with managed care, Sales operations, Sales, Commercial Analysis, Legal, and Regulatory, to ensure all GTx programs deliver the objectives and are consistent with policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would have led or was a member of a product launch team. Experience in the field of Urology or oncology is desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with proven track record of success in multiple commercial areas, sales, sales management and marketing.
- A track record of developing and implementing marketing programs which deliver sales objectives in an ethical manner that resulted in successful launch products
- A track record of analyzing data and making recommendation based on metrics and facts
- A track record of developing people, building good working relationships across an organization, and leading cross-functional teams to goal completion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
