College Internship Opportunities
The GTx college internship program provides positive, meaningful work experiences for top college students. This program identifies a select number of college students, whose degree programs are focused in science and/or science technology, to participate in a paid internship at GTx for up to two years.

“Like many college students, I did not enter my freshman year with a clear picture of what I wanted to do with my life. In fact, I was still exploring potential career paths after declaring a major in Chemistry. My experience as a GTx intern during two consecutive summers was pivotal in helping me to understand how to translate my interest in science into a fulfilling career. I worked in preclinical development the first summer and the legal department the following summer. My managers encouraged my curiosity and allowed me to participate in multiple projects across the organization, and as a result, I gained a comprehensive introduction to the innovative spirit infused in both the commercial and the research side of GTx.
Most importantly, I was treated as a valuable member of the team and was recognized for my contributions. Everyone I worked with was extraordinarily positive and willing to help me be successful. It was a combination of the supportive team environment as well as the compelling science that ultimately fueled my decision to work at GTx after graduating from Vanderbilt.”
