Medical Insurance
Employees and their qualified dependents may choose from one of two health plan options.
Dental Insurance
GTx provides dental insurance to all employees and their qualified dependents.
Vision Insurance
Employees may purchase vision insurance coverage for themselves and their qualified dependents for annual eye exams, frames and lenses or contact lenses and other services.
Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may set aside funds on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions to pay for IRS eligible out-of-pocket health or dependent care expenses.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
GTx provides short-term disability benefit equal to 60% of weekly salary for a maximum period of 12 weeks.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
GTx provides long-term disability benefit beginning after 90 days of disability equal to 60% of basic monthly earnings up to Social Security normal retirement age.
Life and AD&D Insurance
GTx purchases basic life and AD&D insurance for all employees. Voluntary life and voluntary AD&D insurance is available for employees to purchase for themselves, their spouse and dependent children.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP provides short-term counseling and life management services for employees and their qualified dependents to address personal, financial and work related issues.
401(k) Plan & Company Match
A 401(k) plan administered through a leading investment company provides employees with an opportunity to save for the future through pre-tax payroll deduction and a generous company matching program.
